It is a well established theory of management that you get the best out of your subordinates when they follow you willingly. But how could you get that elusive willful subordination from your employees? Well, it would not require rocket science to complete this seemingly impossible task. Just go ahead and overhaul the office furniture and see the difference.

The employees will troop in early and gleefully stay late – something which could not be achieved till now in spite of all the coaxing, cajoling and tempting them. They look smart, are extremely useful and don’t clutter the room as glass doesn’t hinder sight and the sense of free flowing space. And, a swipe with a damp cloth makes them glitter.
